Our commitment

We want you and your dog to be delighted with every VeldPaws order. If something isn’t right, please contact us at pack@veldpaws.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order.

Perishable goods

As our treats are consumable food products, for health and safety reasons we are generally unable to accept returns of opened items. However, your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 are fully honoured.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly replace it or provide a full refund. Please email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Delivery fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
