These Terms & Conditions govern your use of VeldPaws (veldpaws.co.za) and any purchase you make from us. By using this site you agree to these terms.

2. Products

We make every effort to display our products and their descriptions accurately. Colours, sizes and pack contents may vary slightly. Our treats are intended for dogs only and are not a substitute for a balanced diet or veterinary advice.

3. Pricing & payment

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is processed securely via Paystack. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors.

4. Orders

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order. A contract is formed once we confirm dispatch.

5. Delivery

Delivery is offered via Pudo (R120) and door-to-door courier (R150) within South Africa. Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.

6. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, VeldPaws is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our products or website.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
